I ordered a 51" and waited patiently for a couple of day. I received a phone call about 3 days after the order and was told that I was involved in a fraud.

WHAT????? I asked what are you talking about, and they continued and said the credit card you used is not the address on the card. I politely said thats because I just moved a two weeks ago and was in the process of changing my address to all the companies have accounts. They said no excuse you have violated our fraud policy and can never order another product.

I tried to reason with them but they wouldn't hear of it. I guess a low life company like QVC doesn't deserve my business.

They also said they weren't going to return my payment until they were satisfied with my reason for the change of address. God help them.

Qvc has no right to do that, sounds like they are a fraud, keeping your payment and thinking they can tell you if you can move or not. :x
