Have been a customer since they were CVN, one previous problem when I ordered 2 small items and they sent me 2 vaccum cleaners instead, I had to pay return shipping even though it was their mistake. Last straw happened a couple of weeks ago.

Recently changed banks, updated new debit card information on website, ordered several items with new account, no problem. Recently ordered 2 more items through automated ordering, went through, said approved. Checked my bank account the next day and nothing had been deducted so called customer service. Spoke with a woman who sounded like she had a stroke, very difficult to understand.

Was told still had 2 easy pays on previous credit info, explained I had updated to new account and did not understand why it was not paid with it. Was told I was sent 3 letters (not received) and that their system was not set up to change easy pays to new account. Really? Their IT department is so inadequate they can't set that up or let someone know to call when they place a new order that something is amiss?

Asked to pay the balance so my account could be re-opened and was told it had already been sent to collections, called the number given and the collection agency said they had not received it yet. This was not my fault but they would not budge and inch and accept that they had all necessary information to collect the rest of the easy pays.

The people at the collection agency were nicer than QVC customer service, said this happens all the time and people are always upset. Always enjoyed QVC but would not buy a piece of paper from them now, terrible customer service, do not care about fixing their mistakes, the customer is the one who suffers.

They've just done the exact same thing to me. I updated my card # last month, and discovered yesterday that my account is closed and in collections.

Its crazy that they punish loyal, long-time customers who haven't done anything wrong. They've lost me forever now.

And over such a silly reason. It's 2016...update your payment system!

I am paying off my account with them . I worked in agency recoveries for major banks and have never seen what I see with what they are doing to their customers.

They did the same thing to me!!!!!!!!! Ugh.

It is not our fault that their system is *** and we have to suffer because of it. Will never do business with them again.
