I placed an order online for 'Buy 1 tablet, Get 1 free' for tablets. It said it would be shipped express within 5-15 days.
Nothing came. I have all the information for it. I paid with PayPal. The amount is $56.97.
The date was July 16, 2024, and the time was 13:59:24. The transaction ID is 2J735998D867****H.
I have a complaint
I was on auto delivery with Philosophy bath and body gel which QVC hosts and the ladies that sell the products always encourage customers to go on auto delivery. So now I get a notification that they are cancelling my order due to not being able to get my product !!
That is crazy!!! I know that they can at least offer me another fragrance if they dont have in stock the one I ordered. But to cancel my order completely is unacceptable. The real reason is they dont wont to honor the price that they promised that I could get if I went on auto delivery.
This is not the first time this has happened to me. If youre not going to honor Auto Delivery then dont offer it. As big of a Company as Philosophy is I know they could have offered me Sweet Vanilla Fig or Lemon or another popular fragrance in the shower gels. On purpose I didnt order any shower gels in July when Philosophy was on Free shipping the whole month because I knew I had this order coming in August.
So now Im screwed!! Ive been a customer of QVC for a long time but my patience is wearing thin.

I order a pressure cooker and it was my first order and the promotion was 30 dollars off between 8-1 thru 8-30 i need someone to call me to take care of this. I haven't received the discount for purchase as of yet not sure of will order from qvs again not happy

Dear QVC: I ordered an item (Item #: H465940) - Order #: 919959****, total amt. of my payment: $71.29.
I mailed my payment on July 15th, 2024. I keep calling your automated # to see when my payment was received, & recording keeps stating my payment has not yet been received (as of today, now 12 days since mailed). I spoke with a lovely cust. serv.
rep today who advised me that your West Chester Post Office had a fire on July 18th & that a substantial amt. of incoming mail was damaged & destroyed. The rep & I both thought this might be why my payment was never recd. She advsd.
I could send another check & if 1st one recd., it would be returned to me. I agreed to this & am sending another payment (with original order # listed on it). My question is: should I now send my 2nd payment to: 1200 Wilson Drive @ Studio Park, West Chester, PA. 19380?
I so appreciate any assistance you can offer me, as this situation (non-receipt of payment) has NEVER happened to me before, & I have been shopping with (& have been very happy & satisfied with) QVC since 1992! Thank you all so very much. I appreciate your help.
(Also, I am a Senior Citizen & this item was for my great- grand child for Christmas).

So I wasn't really pissed I just called because my old address was on my account. My fault and it got sent there I called to get the address changed on the package so it would come to my home.

I was not pissed I was concerned. I had ordered a set of sheets I didn't realize my old address was on my account.
I called to see if I could change the address because the sheets were refused at old address and went back with UPS.
I was just trying to get the right address on the package. 2 days later the sheets got to me.
User's recommendation: just call if you have a problem.
She spoke too fast and hard to understand her.
When they talk to fast and with broken English I can't understand them. Are these American companies we are buying from?
If so why can't we have clearer to speaking customer service person. It has been a while since I ordered from QVC so I would have nice having someone I could understand. That's all.

I ordered butterfly bushes on April 6. I got two emails April 6 and seventh and never heard from him again so I just recently got in touch with somebody customer service and they told me they canceled me. Without contacting me so I wont be doing any more business with QVC
