Hello. My sister sent a birthday gift to us recently via her account at QVC.
The item is a tote bag, item # K86684. We like the bag well enough, but it has a construction problem with its waterproof liner that prevents the bag from fully opening properly. We would like to exchange it for a bag that is properly operative. An even-steven exchange.
We contacted the LocknLock company, the bags manufacturer, who told us to try to remedy the problem by contacting you folks at QVC.
They also told us that they do not have that particular item and color in stock at the present time. We also do not have the invoice because the item was a gift and no paperwork was included with the shipment. We also do not want to burden my sister with this issue, as she is in the hospital recovering from hip surgery and will be away from home for some time. And that is where the invoice will be.
Can you please confirm this purchase and advice us how to exchange this item for one that is not damaged?
Our bag is rust in color, but we are willing to choose an alternate color. Most importantly, we do not wish to involve my sister, the purchaser, at this time. Or at any time.
She has enough on her plate at the present time. Thank you very much.

Concerned about a comment on site re: “pissed consumer” that Must be agreed upon before allowed to move on or even get phone number. I am not happy with that!
Need to return top but need a free return label. The top was ordered to match slacks and did not come for quite some time so reordered twice more.

I ordered 2 pairs of diamonique earrings. One pair was sent to an old address of mine.
I called QVC and had them correct my address, and they sent out the same pair of earrings back to the incorrect address after I called and spoke to a woman who supposedly corrected my address. I am extremely disappointed; I was so looking forward to wearing those earrings.

I ORDERED A SB2 BRUSH AND ONLY RECEIVED THE BRUSH AND NOT THE HANDLE. RECEIVED THE OVAL BRUSH ONLY. CAN YOU HELPPLEASE.
User's recommendation: I ordered a SB2 brush by SUTRA and received only the brush without the handle. I being trying to contact someone to help me and they keep cutting up the call. They should not be trust. I lost my $80.

Not overly impressed with the quality or the size average. Kind of frumpy design and the return process is off.
Wording is confusing and strange. I wouldnt use QVC over Amazon as crazy as that sounds.
Amazon is incredibly easy and does not waste my time. That is all I can come up with for your required 100 symbols.
Haven’t received my package
Apparently the package was returned by the post office marked as incorrect address. Your representative read the address and it was correct so the PO was responsible which, unfortunately, is not unusual.
The item I ordered was no longer available so there you go. Sigh

things have been going the same. agent says they are with uper management and lower management to get the wheelchair shipped.
They say have shortages but are still advertising the same one with 3 to 8 day delivery, they now have another wheelchair that they are selling on QVC and Amazon is not Amazon one day sale that's lasted 2 weeks. Today I' am going to ask for adresses and phone numbers to all companies involved in this SCAM.
but mt goal is to take all companies to small cloims court for $5,000 each so they have to show up. If I get the adresses I will share with all people that have been SCAMED by these companies.
last email dated 9/23/24 was that package was delayed 3 to 5 days todays date is 10/9/24 and nothing. anyone that purchases any thing from easypicket, OVC is owned and operated by easypicket, dellderry.com, 17tracker.com, and kuaiyan internationallogistics ltd.
are all in bed to ripoff customers to steal money and get customers information .with no intent to deliver a service.

on Jul 29 order was recieved at 17 tracking.net. from that time until the suposed delivery I received no information of where package was other than generalaities batch carrier, hub, courier, and who was parcel being delivered by. I have over 10 email requesting answers . non have been forth coming other than they are looking into the matter.
All goverment agencys should be looking into this chinese company is doing business and close the or fine for fraud. All I have ever wanted was the wheelchair that I order and until I receive I will continue my complains every week, month and year.3 time saying I will get tracking and last email shortage of material.

Question my auto pay balance
When a customers credit card is replaced due to it being lost, easy pay balances should automatically be charged to the new card provided. In my case the balances were NOT charged to the new cardinstead QVC sent the less than $100 balance to a collection agency!!!
I have NEVER had anything sent to collection in my life, and I am 81 years old! My credit rating is 846 points which means I ALWAYS pay what I owe.on time!
This has been SO horrible, I WILL NEVER recommend, or use QVC! After over 30 years, Im DONE!

The following order was cancelled by QVC without citing any reason. Order Number: 802234****.
Item Number: T58995. After chatting with a live agent, I was told that the reason for this could be either unsuccessful payment processing, or a previous QVC account shares the same information as mine. When I placed the order, the credit card payment went through successfully as I received an order confirmation email. I do not have anyone in the household who has a past or active QVC customer account.
I moved to the address recently, which has been used for order shipping and delivery. So, if this address was used by a former QVC customer whose account is now closed, it should have no bearing on me.

Verified Reviewer*** cheap bakeware. No returns
I purchased two sets of a popular QVC pottery baking series. The first time they get wet, they craze heavily and get dark stains in the cracks.
They become unusable and I have to throw them out. A very expensive mistake! QVC customer service refused to help, stating that it sometimes happens that there is a bad batch, and oh well...
This kitchenware is the worst. This was my first and last purchase.

- Cheap pottery
