NO Communication About Delayed Order

Placed an order on Sept 5th; delivery dates given were Sept 13th and Sept 14th. So, maybe the weather was bad, called and customer service rep acted as if I were bothering him. Contacted them through their website, now they're saying, " we sent you an email on Sept 16th"....NOPE. Didn't come to me.

User's recommendation: If a retail company isn't treating you right, shop somewhere else. A consumer shouldn't be talked nasty to when they are inquiring about a purchase they're making.

Already paid

Paid bill over a year ago - QVC has contracted with 4 different collection companies to get this payment again. Never a resolution except to say Ill send this over to the department that handles this.

Annoying

Jane is ruining the Halloween show with David. Had to turn it off and I was hoping to make several purchases. She is super annoying and fake.

Order never delivered.

QVC has ZERO customer service. Their chat is a sad joke. The people in chat will give you no information about your order. I am wondering where my order is. Have already been told it would be delayed until a certain date, and that date has come and gone. No confirmation emails sent, no shipping info, and no tracking info. That's how they roll. Buyer Beware.

Designers whining

I am watching the 9am Susan Graver show does she have to whine and groan every time something is on sale or clearance?? It is annoying; sometime things go on sale. Her clothing is overpriced as it is so when something is affordable to the general shopper of QVC please don't make it seem like you are giving it away.

Update the QVC Credit Cards

Stop with the high interest on the QVC Credit card every purchase of 50 dollars up to $250 dollars u get points on every purchase free shipping any returns will be added to the card to have a QVC Magazine to send out to customers in 2022 have this idea be granted w/out any payment a month only charge up to 500 items or less if u go over it a 20 dollar fee up to 4 people uu can add

Susan Graver’s constant interruption.

Host, Mary Beth was describing the Graver line of pants on 09/3/2021. At one point, Graver interrupted so much that Mary Beth could not complete sentences. Her behavior was so egregious that you could see the hosts frustration. It was becoming comical; although, I did feel very sorry for Mary Beth. Her facial expression told all. ThisYou could clearly see

Host that should do something else

Rick Domier should not be allowed to host Gourmet Holiday. He constantly talks over the guest when they are explaining a product. As much as I enjoy watching, I will turn it off if hes on. Denise

Customer service

I have been disputing a bill since 2019. I can never speak to anyone in billing. I paid the balance they are sending me to collections and to this date are saying I didnt pay. I have a QVC statement showing I paid in December 2019. They are blocking my account and there is never anyone that can help you or wants to. Cre help.

User's recommendation: Dont buy unless you pay it all upfront. Do not go on easy pay. They get it all wrong.

I want them to show I paid. I have the proof and I need it resolved and closed. This has been since 2019. I have paid. My credit card shows I paid.

No customer service cooperation

I have been locked out of my account and cannot compare to charges on my credit card. Per customer service, I have been locked out because I have caused the q to lose business! Can u imagine that I, a small town client, could affect a world wide company?! It is best not to purchase from them as they, apparently, can do whatever they want with charges. The service rep. Shut me down, so the end for the q!!

I wasn't complaining I was just trying to call to see what happened to my order but I wasn't complaining y'all doing a great job I don't have no problems I think I might have contact the wrong department because I wasn't pissed off, sorry.
