I should know better than to ever order from you again cause I have to return every *** thing I totally understand why your business is going down the drain. I hope the sooner the better.

PLEASE QVC..make her go away....."Shawnie Sue" is egomaniacal and makes me ill.
I'm sure she is a nice person, but this persona MUST go. She races around the set, trying on clothes to see how SHE looks, does this pretend religious faith schtick, and if I hear her rave about "moto jackets one more time I shall scream! Her hard sell tactics are off putting. I have a life long disdain for women who are phony and cutesy-pootsy.
This woman wins the prize!
I'm sure she is trying to be the new Lisa Robertson (who by the way became unbearable too!), but she is just annoying and I always turn her off!

Shawn Killinger and Susan Graver

What and when are you going to do something about rude and obnoxious Susan Graver and Shawn Killinger? I finally had it up to here with Shawn spending the whole time Laurie Felt was presenting her clothes buying for herself every item that was brought out, talking to whomever was upstairs while the models stand anround and finally Laura said Well, I guess it's the Shawn show! She insults Isaac Mizrahi and at times calls him annoying. She told Dennis Basso he needed to go and he turned around and said "I'll slap you!"
She's also walked away from Josie Maran leaving Josie without notice throwing her hands in the air!
Then there's the worst of all....Susan Graver. OMG she never stops talking even talking over the host or interrupting until the host just steps away which Susan doesn't even notice since Susan takes over. Her clothes are hideous. But that's probably a good thing since this means I don't have to watch her.
Someone told me Susan deletes her bad reviews but I found plenty about Shawn.

Just don't use QVC. You can never receive a refund.
There is always some excuse. After returning an item, you have to call customer service to "remind them" of your return. Will never use them again for anything.
It has been almost two months and I still haven't received m y $60 refund. From "it's in the mail" to "we have to wait until the bank clears your return", to whatever the flavor of the excuse is of the day.Horrible customer service!
This time, however, is the last straw. I returned an item and was expecting a refund. However, my bank card was compromised and I called customer service to let them know, long after the return was received by QVC. I advised them of the situation and was told I would be sent a check as my refund.
After another month, I called to find out where my refund was, only to be told she would "send in a request to have my check mailed." Really?? First and foremost, the Dyson vacuum I ordered had some bad reviews that I should have checked before ordering. I sent it back immediately, unopened. I am not happy and will not be shopping with QVC again.
This is not the first time I have had problems with refunds.
It seems I have to call before anything is done. The money sure comes out of my account immediately when ordering, though.

- The system is vulnerable to hackers.
- Hard to fix hacked accounts; deletion requests often fail.
Beware!!! Even if your QVC account is not active for years, QVC still keeps your account in their system.
Please note that their system is susceptible to hackers. If you are a senior citizen like myself, I would suggest staying away. It is very difficult to fix a 'hacked' account. Go directly to the manufacturer as it will be safer.
I tried several times to have my information deleted from their system, but they won't do it.
I am not sure if they sell their customer information to other parties!!! I don't even understand their purpose for keeping inactive customers in their system.

Never received my purchase
Ordered 2 pair of shoes. Never received them and no refund.
No response from QVC.
I am very upset. I have no shoes.
QVC issued a refund and then denied it. QVC outright sucks. Will not be making any future purchases from them from now on.

Resolved: Delays in shipping
- Ordered a $200+ hearing aid on Jan 21; delivery promised for Jan 29.
- As of Jan 27, a label was created; if it arrives, I will return for a refund.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Return and full refund. Each is different.
Ordered $200+ hearing aid on Jan 21. Told I would receive it on Jan 29.
Today, Jan 27, I learned a label was just created and I am unable to get a delivery date.
This is not acceptable, and whenever it shows up, I will immediately return it for a refund. Never again QVC.

I received a message from QVC evidently my shoes are coming from ***? I woukd never have ordered them if i had known this up front! QVC products I have received in the past we're from our ***.

Do not sell from over seas. USA only.
Ot has been 3 weeks for shoes i believed to be made in the ***.

Last night Jane Tracey selling Driftwood jeans claiming she wears between size 8 and 10 said she sized down to an 8!!! That woman is allowed to blatantly lie about her size constantly.
How are we as buyers to know which size to choose? Her shirt has stretched across her massive belly, she has huge hips, such A liar.
She is absolutely insufferable I’ve stopped watching her completely. I couldn’t care less to hear one more ridiculous story about her daughters…good lord lady STOP!

Just trying to understand how QVC justifies keeping Shawn Killinger. She is rude, unprofessional, usually has filthy hair and keeps ordering for herself when she is hosting. QVC must be desperate for sales- any sales!

I feel there are too many sales reps selling one product which is annoying to the consumer as well as the loud laughter, sales pitch antics, talking to fast with the description of the product and stating the item number way out of control which represents not very welcoming to the viewer; cut back the talking fast, the hard sell, the loudness and have one sales rep for each product...............too much laughing as well out of control......................
