PLEASE QVC..make her go away....."Shawnie Sue" is egomaniacal and makes me ill.

I'm sure she is a nice person, but this persona MUST go. She races around the set, trying on clothes to see how SHE looks, does this pretend religious faith schtick, and if I hear her rave about "moto jackets one more time I shall scream! Her hard sell tactics are off putting. I have a life long disdain for women who are phony and cutesy-pootsy.

I'm sure she is trying to be the new Lisa Robertson (who by the way became unbearable too!), but she is just annoying and I always turn her off!

What and when are you going to do something about rude and obnoxious Susan Graver and Shawn Killinger? I finally had it up to here with Shawn spending the whole time Laurie Felt was presenting her clothes buying for herself every item that was brought out, talking to whomever was upstairs while the models stand anround and finally Laura said Well, I guess it's the Shawn show! She insults Isaac Mizrahi and at times calls him annoying. She told Dennis Basso he needed to go and he turned around and said "I'll slap you!"

She's also walked away from Josie Maran leaving Josie without notice throwing her hands in the air!

Then there's the worst of all....Susan Graver. OMG she never stops talking even talking over the host or interrupting until the host just steps away which Susan doesn't even notice since Susan takes over. Her clothes are hideous. But that's probably a good thing since this means I don't have to watch her.

Someone told me Susan deletes her bad reviews but I found plenty about Shawn.

The following order was cancelled by QVC without citing any reason. Order Number: 802234****.

Item Number: T58995. After chatting with a live agent, I was told that the reason for this could be either unsuccessful payment processing, or a previous QVC account shares the same information as mine. When I placed the order, the credit card payment went through successfully as I received an order confirmation email. I do not have anyone in the household who has a past or active QVC customer account.

I moved to the address recently, which has been used for order shipping and delivery. So, if this address was used by a former QVC customer whose account is now closed, it should have no bearing on me.

I ordered a wheelchair on June 16 but didn't received a confirmation until June 27. I received a tracking number on July 29th from a tracking company, 17track.net.

On August 17, it was delivered at 6:48 to Roscoe, Illinois, but not to my address; it was delivered somewhere else in Roscoe. I sent my first email around 7:30 and the agent told me to check with USPS, but without a tracking number there was no way to find it. I also checked with FedEx to no avail. On August 17, Pauline mentioned she was looking into it.

On August 20, Mary said she was still actively investigating. Today, on August 23, I sent an email to dellbery.com stating that I was going to pursue the matter through reviews and government agencies to get the wheelchair delivered.

The order number is 170****-war33021. The order was placed under the name Gregory Miller.

I ordered a wheelchair from Easypicket on June 16. After attempting to access the store and site for ten days, both were closed, resulting in an error on the order page, until June 25.

On June 25, the site became accessible, but it showed Qvc instead of Easypicket, and there was no order number. I was given a confirmation of order, WAR33021, from dellberry.com on July 16, which included an updated order of 100****-WAR33021 and tracking number KYWL407298****. On July 29, the order was received at tracking.net 17. From that point until the supposed delivery, I received no information about the location of my package, other than vague details such as batch carrier, hub, courier, and who was delivering the parcel.

I have sent over ten emails requesting answers, but none have been forthcoming. Instead, I’ve been told that they are looking into the matter.

All government agencies should be investigating how this Chinese company conducts business and consider shutting it down or rendering fines for fraud. All I've ever wanted was the wheelchair I ordered, and I will continue to file complaints every week, month, and year until I receive it.
