PLEASE QVC..make her go away....."Shawnie Sue" is egomaniacal and makes me ill.
I'm sure she is a nice person, but this persona MUST go. She races around the set, trying on clothes to see how SHE looks, does this pretend religious faith schtick, and if I hear her rave about "moto jackets one more time I shall scream! Her hard sell tactics are off putting. I have a life long disdain for women who are phony and cutesy-pootsy.
This woman wins the prize!
I'm sure she is trying to be the new Lisa Robertson (who by the way became unbearable too!), but she is just annoying and I always turn her off!

What and when are you going to do something about rude and obnoxious Susan Graver and Shawn Killinger? I finally had it up to here with Shawn spending the whole time Laurie Felt was presenting her clothes buying for herself every item that was brought out, talking to whomever was upstairs while the models stand anround and finally Laura said Well, I guess it's the Shawn show! She insults Isaac Mizrahi and at times calls him annoying. She told Dennis Basso he needed to go and he turned around and said "I'll slap you!"
She's also walked away from Josie Maran leaving Josie without notice throwing her hands in the air!
Then there's the worst of all....Susan Graver. OMG she never stops talking even talking over the host or interrupting until the host just steps away which Susan doesn't even notice since Susan takes over. Her clothes are hideous. But that's probably a good thing since this means I don't have to watch her.
Someone told me Susan deletes her bad reviews but I found plenty about Shawn.

don't bother-- across the board they'd proved either dismissive of compliant lodged or in other instances, e.g., letter and linked text mailed to CEO- no response, as candidly expected
On the weekend of Nov 29-30-****, QVC had multiple presentations for an immersion blender, reduced price about $145., However, an "instant" price reduction of another $50 was offered if one APPLIED for a 'Q Card. I did so, though the issuing bank was closed until the next Monday.
Next, I was told it would take "7-10 days" for the application to be processed. By then, the product offer would have ended several days earlier. Too, the BELATED disclosure the "instant" price reduction applied only if the Q card was used, which of course was not possible since that acquisition was in the future.
So I ensued to have several email exchanges with QVC's "customer care." In one, of 12-3-25, I stated I'd then apply to the waiting list for the color wanted, and pay immediately for the item with my own credit card. That was rejected.
But I was also told later I could use the $ 50 to buy some other product, but not the immersion blender.
Subsequently, I mailed a 12-6-25 compliant letter, coupled with copies of all of the aforesaid email exchanges, to the CEO. No reply has eventuated.
From a consumer's viewpoint,QVC was less than forthright regarding its on-air presentations of the totality of conditions necessary to receive an "instant" $ 50 price discount.

I purchased a Lug Carousel XL crossbody bag from QVC on 4/19/24 and registered with Luglife for the 2 year warranty. Last week the inside of my bag tore and I called Lug to obtain a replacement bag.
Had to go through hoops to get the warranty and told that Lug does not have to replace my exact bag, only what hey have in stock or a gift card. I listened to QVC hosts when talking about LUG and they only mentioned a replacement if anything went wrong, not replace the product with what they want.After numerous emails, I asked for a refund and LUG told me to call QVC since I bought the bag from them. So I called and talked to a Chris in customer service who told me she couldn't find my last order and I should take what I can get (from LUG) I thanked her for being NO help whatsoever and I informed LUG I would take the gift card. They sent me an email that they were happy that they could make me happy -WHAT- and no instructions whatsoever about how to retrieve the card.
Ryan at customer service at LUG was as helpful as QVC customer support. There are so many other places to shop who actually seem to care about their customers, that QVC and LUGlife can get by without me.I am totally exhausted from this go around which has transpired over several days with our satisfactory resolution.

I have purchased and returned many items. I learned today that not only do they charge $6.95 to return an item, they then charge you $3.50 on top of that.
Over $10 to return items! Also, it is taking over 6-8 weeks to get your pittance back. I asked for an itemization of returns that have yet to be processed for a refund and they can't do that!
One must go in 1 item at a time to check it.

Custom service representative was Amazing
Called because I'm not sure if my Christmas tree was damaged at the wearhouse or the post office but the box was opened with the tree branches taped on the outside of the box and smashed back into the box so q.v.c took care of the issue gave me 3 choices on return for credit / return for a new tree or a discount off... With ornaments and lights on it I'm sure it will look fine so I took the discount off my candy cane tree this year so it's really going to be a Charlie's Browns Christmas

I have been waiting on the line for way too long and this is my second unanswered call. My first call was 40 minutes before I finally hung up. My second call o held on the line for 30 minutes before I finally gave up and hung up.
Preferred solution: I want my order to be shipped to the correct address.

I had not bought anything for 5 ot 6 years from QVC and this customer service lady had no idea what she was doing and and wanted to know an address from 8 years ago when I stayed with my mom while she was dying. I told her I couldn't remember but I gave her my last two addresses.
(One of them I lived at for 35 years!) After 10 minutes she finally decided we needed to start over and open a new account!
I told her "Enough! I guess I don't need shoes!":
Condition of shipping box
Received my order of temptations seashell baking dishes. Based on the condition of the shipping box and the inside foam inserts I was very concerned about the condition of my purchase.
Thankfully the baking pans were unharmed, however given the condition of the box it looks like it could have been used for soccer practice. Note the large cut in the box, and the crinkling of the cardboard itself.

I ordered bio cleaner, last year and it does not work like they show you on tv. A demonstrator put some on the bottom of a dirty bottom pot like I have and the bottom was with brown burned on like every pot gets after using for a while.
When the demonstrator put bio cleaner on the bottom of the pot and wiped it clean, it was sparkling like new, well, it didn't do one thing to mine, it was the same, how can a company lie to customers like that?
I have stopped buying from them, so many times I had to send things back and now they charge you for sending things back to them when they should be paying for returns when their product they are pushing does not do what they show you on tv. BEWARE.

Jane Treacy is nothing but a liar, she continuously says she is a small,there is no way she is a small, more like a large with those huge hips.
Watching last night and once again Jane stated she wears size small or an 8. She has an *** as wide as an axe handle, at very least she is a size 16.

I feel there are too many sales reps selling one product which is annoying to the consumer as well as the loud laughter, sales pitch antics, talking to fast with the description of the product and stating the item number way out of control which represents not very welcoming to the viewer; cut back the talking fast, the hard sell, the loudness and have one sales rep for each product...............too much laughing as well out of control......................
