Today, Sept.30 2017, I attempted to place an order for over $100. on my QVC account.

I tried to place the order over the phone, first, and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes , and when an operator came onto the line and I placed my order, she said that my account had was "locked" and she connected me with 'Synchrony Bank' the account holder. They could not tell me why my account was "locked" and said I needed to talk with QVC to have it unlocked. When I had a conversation with QVC, I was asked for my Q-Card account number. I don't have an actual card.

I have my membership number and password. Now the last order I placed was in July, and had no trouble. So they locked my account since then. Now I have ordered a new card to be sent to me.

Qvc said they left a message on my phone on Sept. 15th and since they never heard from me the account was locked by them. I never got a message from Qvc, and believe me. I check them regularly.

They did not leave a message so they did this on their own. Now I cannot place this order because I don't have a Q-card in my hand.

So far, today, I have been messing with this for 4 1/2 hrs., and I am really, really pissed off. Also Qvc has recently changed their website and it is not as easy as it was formally.

Reason of review: Lying to me.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
