QVC - QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY and SLOW TO REFUND

I think that QVC allows the hosts to talk about an item that is TOTALLY a misrepresentation of the product. I think when the reviews are negative - then QVC SHOULD reimburse for ANY shipping. If QVC reimbursed EVERY customer that had a VALID reason for the return, QVC would be MUCH more picky about what items they present. The prices are getting very high and I have recently posted on this site, about returns that are documented as being received at the QVC warehouse and STILL not processed for a return 4 weeks later. QVC is quick to take money and VERY SLOW on refunds.

QVC does not process returns in a timely manner

I returned 3 items. I kept on logging into my account to check the status of my return. The return was NOT processed. I finally called customer service and they MANUALLY processed my return. Please understand 1 item is CURRENTLY sitting in the return warehouse after 1 month. I will NO longer purchase ANYTHING from QVC. QVC is quick to take your money - and then the returned item will just sit in their return warehouse and they have no desire to process the return and give back the money to the customer. Is this just poor customer service or is this company having FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES?!?

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY AND QVC

Apparently Qurate Retail Group, formerly known as Liberty Interactive, does not care about customer satisfaction. Customers receive excellent service when purchasing a product but little, if any, assistance with return of damaged or defective products, timely and accurate credit of accounts, compromise of personal financial information, or shipping delays. Therefore, it is time for consumers to threaten boycott of MANUFACTURERS who do business with QVC. Directly contact the manufacturers to let them know how their products are being mishandled.
