QVC Closed My Account
I ordered a beauty device from QVC recently. After I got the text message from my bank, and check the order status (showed On Proccess) I thought everything was ok. Then two days later, when I checked again, the order was cancelled (I got an email infrom it but no reason given). I didn't cancel anything, so I sent email and the CS staff replied me one day later, said that my account was closed. This time I didn't receive any inform email.
It is just ridiculous! I send email asking them the reason, and they just told me to write to their HQ and they weren't able to do anything with a closed account.
What's more, the bank already approve the money (TWICE!) and said I could only wait and see. Because QVC had right to claim the money as they wish within 2 weeks, I could only get it back if QVC didn't claim it.
Certainly will never use this *** QVC in my life

QVC suck I had credit with them paid my bill on time get letter they cut my credit down l will never order from them any more
They won't claim your money and it will never get deducted from your account. Why don't you tell the real reason why your account was closed?

The exact same thing happened to my account and I was charged twice as well. Did you ever get the money back or will I have to dispute it
