I have tried to speak to someone at QVC on 5 different occasions but to no avail. When I call their customer care department, I always have to leave a message.

Either no one calls you back or they call outside of the time frame that you set for them. I spoke to my family member who states they do not have a balance with QVC. So, I'm dying to discuss this with QVC but there is no way to get through to anyone. For now, the best recourse is give my business to HSN.

I've read that QVC tactics are due to their lose of revenue. Lets help them lose a little more business everyone!!

I have experienced the worst customer service from QVC ever. My November 24, 2012 purchase (a 17.3 inch HP laptop in Red with all the bells and whistles) was cancelled without notice.

I called the day before the estimated delivery date to see why I did not get an email shipping confirmation. At this time I was told the order was cancelled on 11/25/12. QVC rep says they usually send out an email or letter. I received neither.

QVC said they linked my account to a family member's past due account. Am I responsible for paying their bill? I think not!

We don't even live in the same state. I am beyond pissed!

What is going on QVC!!!!! No record of my orders!!!!!

QVC & hsn are just scams !!! Took money off my card and cancelled and deleted my account without notifiying me!

Then they tell me my order was cancel because someone in my house hold account was close!

Well Iโ€™m a grown college student and that doesnโ€™t have anything to do with me I pay my own bills.. so here I am starting class tomorrow and my MacBook that was suppose to come is cancel GREAT

The same thing happened to me last week and the first payment for my order is still on my credit card. Did you ever get your money back?

I have totally had it with QVC. They have cancelled my account like 4 times over the past couple years.

On the 9th I ordered 2 game systems and once again they cancelled them without notice and closed my account. I now cannot even login to see the status on my Easy pay orders.

Why do they treat customers like this? I am pissed...

I tried to order an iPad Pro 9.7 twice with QVC once on the 29th and 30th of July and both order have been canceled, not only my order but my account was also deleted. I haven't received any email on why the order/my account was deleted. it does pissed me off.

With the details you have provided, there is NO way QVC could or would have linked up your account with a family member's, unless the family member has been using your billing method. If this is the case, the issue is with the credit card company, not QVC.

QVC has over 100 million customers. How would they know who your family member is?

What is true is they seem to have stopped notifying when there is an issue with the billing method.

This just happened to me. My grandmother been dead for over 5 years now.

Because she had a bill with them and I once lived at her address with her. They cancelled me out of my account.
