Be wary of buying clearance and sale merchandise, or anything for that matter. QVC has QC and fulfillment problems, currently. They will repackage and ship out previous customer returns. I have received defective, used and worn merchandise, within the past ninety days. I do not want used clothing or personal items. For example, I have received clothing soiled with deodorant, mystery stains, and pet hair. These items have smelled like body odor and fragrance. This is not right. When you market a product as new, and sell it that way, it should be in good condition. Do not pass off used and returned items, as new. This is deceptive. Another problem, QVC does not currently honor the EDD that’s provided at checkout. Purchases remain in processing for a week or more, before they are shipped to consumers. Deliveries can take two to three weeks, to occur. Don’t order from QVC if you need something quickly.

QVC has many quality vendors. Unfortunately, the company’s current QC and fulfillment issues, are making these vendors look bad.

Things to think about before making purchases at QVC include, fulfillment and shipping problems, the lengthy exchange and return process, and current customer service issues. QVC corporate does not seem to care about the inconvenience and dissatisfaction experienced by customers.

If you can find it cheaper and get it more quickly elsewhere, do it. Overall, easy (evil) pay may not benefit you. There are many other online retailers that value customer satisfaction.

I am attaching a photo of QVC labels. Two labels are from new merchandise. One label is from a previously returned product. All the used products that I received had a square, warehouse generated label.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: QVC corporate needs to be honest about current processing and fulfillment issues. Allow customers to cancel orders that will not be shipped by the EDD. Process customer returns correctly. Stop passing off used merchandise as new, this is deceptive. .
