In the past few weeks I have had two items on Waitlist which they cancelled. I've been waiting patiently to receive these item to only receive an email that they were canceled.
If they don't have the stock available, they should not put a person on the Waitlist.
Also, a month ago I received someone else's shirt. I called to complain and they said my shirt was Sold Out. I was told to return the wrong order--not even an I am sorry. Since the package contained the other person's address, I had to print out a return label, go buy packing tape, and drive 20 miles to take it to the post office.
So not only did I not receive what I ordered, I was inconvenienced and didn't even receive an 'I'm sorry.' In fact the woman I talked to was rude. I asked if they could find out what happened to my shirt--maybe someone received it by mistake and returned it.
I was told that No, they couldn't do that. Poor service!
