i requested proof of purchase of the samsung wireless level pro headphones that I purchased in december 2017. I contacted samung and i need the proof of purchase for replacement.

I was told it cvould take up to 7 business days. So far nothing. All I need from QVC is the proof of purchase so I can get replacement headphones from Samsung.

This is a little rediculus since all I need is the proof of purchase for the items you sold me.

If this was not a possibility, then I should have been told this when I called your customer service. I don't know what else to say to account for minimum 100 words except "bla bla,bla,bla,bla,bla,bla

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $90.

Preferred solution: proof of purchase of the 2 samsung level pro headphones so i can get a replacement from samsung..
