Ok... i didn't want to have to do this but im overly pissed so i bought 1 xboxone 1tb bundle pack close to $400 it got stolen then the gave me a new one which was suppose to be the bundle pack i PAID for and it wasn't so i called customer service to tell them the mistake mind you this was 2017 of last year i was moving and i was so pissed my other one got stolen i was like ok this is the one im moving ill put in storage i never opened the box until literally 3days ago so i called and the like we can't help you because its been over 6 months um..
so what yall *** up and want someone else to pay for yall misstake? That's not how you to business if you want to keep customers knowing you was in the wrong why *** them off?
I pay on time and im almost paid it up im just pissed my games was gone and they wasn't NO help. Im never using them again they lost a loyal person on *** Im tell everyone i know never use qvc again go fingerhut or something i never had this issue before with fingerhut IM DONE
