QVC - Get it appraised
Ordered an affinity diamond ring on 1/24/19. Had to waitlist it.
It arrived on 3/15 and was the wrong ring - Diamonique! I paid over 700.00 for a 175.00 ring. I called to complain and was hung up on. Called back and got an apology and a form email.
Resent the wrong ring back to them the next day, (3/16 or 3/17). 4/3/19 - called back to ask where was my ring or my refund - guess what? Neither had been done. After being mistreated, my complaint (that they were elevating to corporate!) fell through the cracks.
Strike two. No phone call, no gift certificate, no coupon for my trouble. Didn't even offer me express shipping.
There is no quality control and there is no customer service. I was cheated and then I was ignored.
Reason of review: Several issues!.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Just speculation about how this could have happened: this was a customer return. QVC is not inspecting returns as closely as before, due to current warehouse issues.
Another customer may have inadvertently or purposefully, switched rings and boxes, and then forwarded the stuff back to QVC. No one at the warehouse even checked the contents, before sending it to you. Total fulfillment fail. This happened to me with a clothing item.
It was improperly inspected and resold.
I received a seriously soiled and worn item that arrived in another manufacturerโs bag. QVC let me toss it, as they were concerned about it being resold again.
Besides being the wrong ring, how did you know that you received a Diamonique? Was the item in a manufacturerโs box?
This is troubling thatโs why I ask. QVC has had lots of fulfillment problems recently. Just visit their blog pages, even their long-time customers are not happy.
Iโve received erroneous items too. Did you ever get the correct ring, or a refund?
