i bought an 18 k gold lobster claw chain necklace from QVC about ten to 15 years ago.it recently broke for the 7th time i took it to a jeweler who told me it was a piece of junk, was 10K not 18 K and was not fixable as the gold was such poor quality.

I was told i was ripped off. i called QVC and when you're not buying from them they keep you on hold for over twenty minutes.

the woman i spoke to did not give a *** about my necklace or problem.she told me to complain online please have any jewelry you buy from QVC appraised because i have a feeling that i am not the only one this happened to but i am one of the few who will file as many complaints as i can

I liked: Fact that you have a website that alerts people to rip offs.
