November 21, 2017, QVC offered an item on sale at a significantly reduced price. I purchased item & my credit card was charged.
One week later, I received an email that my order was shipped via UPS & was provided a tracking number. However, the item never shipped. I called QVC & explained I had not received product but had been billed for the item. Not only did I miss the significant reduced price but my credit card has not been credited at 6 days after I notified QVC of problem.
This appears to be a gimmick of QVC. Do NOT trust QVC.
