November 21, 2017, QVC offered an item on sale at a significantly reduced price. I purchased item & my credit card was charged.

One week later, I received an email that my order was shipped via UPS & was provided a tracking number. However, the item never shipped. I called QVC & explained I had not received product but had been billed for the item. Not only did I miss the significant reduced price but my credit card has not been credited at 6 days after I notified QVC of problem.

This appears to be a gimmick of QVC. Do NOT trust QVC.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Yes, I agree with you. I have returned many things and my bill never reflects the return.

When you call they give you the run around, they say oh it can take up to two billing cycles to see the money back on your card BUT you never do! Someone really needs to look into this company, I can't be the only one who sees this!
