I ordered an "as is" GILI handbag. It was the one I have been waiting for, the perfect bag with a deep discount, a beautiful sand/cobra pattern with a trendy design and then the unthinkable happened...
A confirmation number received, the bag no longer found on the QVC Website and the horror of it not in my order status EVER! Where on earth did this handbag go QVC? I am so disappointed in you..:( I called customer service and never really got an explanation, other than perhaps it was because of a "glitz" in the system yesterday.
My QCard is almost paid and I think I will just pay it up and keep it that way. Bye QVC, I have been a customer since CVN, but it is time to move on.
