On December 2. 2012 I ordered a vita mix blender from QVC when I got my confirmation email I noticed it had an incorrect shipping address I called back to QVC gave them the correct address I assumed all was well because I received a second email confirmation with the correct address .I did not received the merchandise, when I tracked the merchandise using the tracking code in the confirmation email I found that UPS had delivered the merchandise to the original incorrect address .the people at the incorrect address say they did not receive my package UPS says QVC gave them the wrong address and QVC continues to charge my card for the merchandise the card company rejected my dispute because QVC told them that I gave them that I had furnished the incorrect address

Monetary Loss: $469.
