I ordered a dell laptop in July. When I received it the screen kept going blank &I had a very difficult time trying to retrieve it.
I called QVC & CSR gave a phone number to call. I tried the number several times at different times on different days. I finally called dell directly.After 1 1/2 hours on phone technician was unable to find problem. I had to return laptop to depot in Texas.
When it was returned problem was not resolved. Now after spending over an hour on phone I again have to return laptop to depot office in Texas. It was difficult understanding the CSR's. When I asked where they are located I found out they are in Manilla, not the US.
I have asked for a new laptop whch they refuse. I will NEVER again purchase a dell I'm returning to my trusty HP's .
This reviewer shared experience about warranty issue and wants this business to "new laptop" as the author lost $700. The author is overall dissatisfied with QVC. The most disappointing about dell laptop from QVC was phone number they gave me for warranty and noanswer at phone number given to me for warrenty Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
