I tried calling HSN representatives but even the supervisor is an uncaring script reader. They are so horrible that they refuse to honor their stated policies and try to sell you something else.

They claim that only certain items are covered by the return policy. Two representatives said I had to contact the gift giver to make arrangements to return an item. The website policy and enclosed paperwork said this item was actually covered under the easy return policy. Their stated return policy and reality are vastly different.

I have taken screen shots of their return policy pages and the purchased item's web pages. Since an internet search failed to provide management or escalation of complaint contact information. I am filing complaints with consumer help groups/organizations such as the Florida Attorney General's office and BBB. Also, watch out for their fine print.

For instance, their easy return policy charges you a fee for the return.

while their stated return policy headline says easy reading their easy return policy. Note: QVC has bought HSN.

QVC’s return policy is the absolute worst. You pay for using the label which is usually a minimum of $6.95 plus regular shipping and sometimes on free shipping items there is no easy return label. Also they don’t pay or give credit for mistakes made in their jacked up app.
