Ordered bulbs from cottage farms and was told my delivery date would be on or before May 9 2018. I also kept checking my order status on their website.
It to also said delivery May 9. Nothing was ever delivered and that's when the fun began. I contacted QVC and was told that they didn't know what happened. I said that's not a good enough answer.
I was told my bulbs were to arrive on a certain date and that is when I expect them. She said that she would have to put a notation in to investigate the situation. I left it at that and never heard another word. By this time I was extremely upset and decided to call Cottage farms direct.
That person there told me that they had no record of my order at all and that I would have to straighten this matter out myself with QVC. Why should I , the customer have to find out what happened? I'm not the one that has a business partnership with QVC. She proceeded tell me that she couldn't help me and I told her thanks for nothing and hung up.
Now I'm extremely furious and proceeded to e-mail QVC. I received a response the next day. Of course they apologized for the confusion and that they would contact Cottage Farms to find out what happened. This I was told could take up to 5days.
It is now May 14th and still no word or any flowers.
Another thing, why does QVC even bother to have a page to go to ,to check on your order status if it doesn't have the right information. And by the way it still says my order is in process and is due for delivery May 9th.
