They sell stuff at supposedly bargain prices thats all *** dried up from benefit cosmetics. this company is really gone to crap.

I should know better than to ever order from you again cause I have to return every *** thing I totally understand why your business is going down the drain. I hope the sooner the better.

Have to contact daughter for a return label. I can't print one off. This item was a gift, and I can't take it to a Sketchers store to exchange.

Beware!!! Even if your QVC account is not active for years, QVC still keeps your account in their system.

Please note that their system is susceptible to hackers. If you are a senior citizen like myself, I would suggest staying away. It is very difficult to fix a 'hacked' account. Go directly to the manufacturer as it will be safer.

I tried several times to have my information deleted from their system, but they won't do it.

I am not sure if they sell their customer information to other parties!!! I don't even understand their purpose for keeping inactive customers in their system.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes. Never received them and no refund.

It has taken way to long for my order to be delivered. Where are my shoes?

Ordered $200+ hearing aid on Jan 21. Told I would receive it on Jan 29.

Today, Jan 27, I learned a label was just created and I am unable to get a delivery date.

This is not acceptable, and whenever it shows up, I will immediately return it for a refund. Never again QVC.

Do not sell from over seas. USA only.

I'm very happy there is site like this to communicate with QVC CS, I want to ask a question about the Tracfone service of QVC, when is QVC going to bring more mobile phones to the site/network, I am a very loyal customer and want better mobile phones on QVC, I like the deals and service from Tracfone. Please let me know when I will see more and better mobile phone on air and site.
