Homesick air purifier
I received a call from a representative and she asked to to contact QVC to get a receipt and then send to an email for a review. I am not too happy that now I have to try to reach QVC.

Have not received order

I ordered a phone and then found out a friend was having problems with hers. Qvc understood the situation and automatically started process for a return. Great customer service.

i did not get my $15.00 dollars off and i have been waiting to talk to customer service for well over a half hour. so just cancel my order. i order a lot from qvc and i except this to be taken care of.
Preferred solution: I finally got to talk to someone and i told them to cancel my order. No big deal as she said we are busy.

Today I called with a problem that Loretta said she could not solve but assured me that some in customer service would. Kristina in customer service did not do what Loretta assured me she would.
I am done with QVC and HSN. The clothes look fabulous on TV but once you actually get the item it's another story. Heidi Daus jewelry was an obsession of mine. Now you can't buy a piece for under 150.00.
It's then tarnished after only 1 wear.
I miss the old US where products were made here with pride and customer service meant service to the customer not the company's pocket book. I am a pissed consumer with QVC and HSN!

Appalling CS / synchronicity bank ( q- card issuer), inaccurate information & lies
No humans available to discuss wrong info on bill. Was sent to HSN 6 times.
35% interest rate?!
This is criminal. They charge you unless you go "paperless", when you go paperless, they don't send the bill via email thus justifying a "late fee" you CANNOT win.

Bad steaks
Taste bad a lot of grizzle and fat and don't t weigh 9.5oz only 7.5. I finally got this mess straighten out.
But I also noticed I had ordered a Dyson vac and received a heater. I sent the heater back to Florence S.C. and they didn't refund or sent out another vac. I had to go in Hospital when this happened and forgot all about it.
If I hadn't remember this I would of been out of all that money. They where still charging me for that vac. This shows how these Big companies take care of you. Very sad.
And has Kansas City shame on you wouldn't even help. Another money hungry business!
And did I get anything out of these companies NO. Not even a I'am sorry!

I’ve asked for help from QVC multiple times. Have been told multiple times over the past 2 YEARS I would receive a call from QVC, I have never received one call from back from QVC!
Current issue remains. My wife (Patricia) and myself are and have been great customers. I am still unable to call QVC from my phone.

I want to know if I have to pay money at the QVC office for my medical. They say you have to pay for the HCV test.
