Qvc offered rebate for philips tooth brush ????
do not trust rebates bought this in november 2024 and a rebate was offered so they said from philips. I wrote to them THREE times asking for this rebate to no avail.
Whats up with this. I think it was a bait buy for sonsumer and I am really discused and disappointed, It is now 2025 September a.nd still nothing/ what are you going to do about it for me???

The Q in QVC is disappearing
Trying to reach assistance in changing return reason. Tried two different numbers. Only got info on how to do this online.
Failure to deliver on specified date.
I ordered a TV from QVC last month. Received a call asking if I preferred the delivery on Tuesday or Thursday last week.
Was told I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to delivery on Thursday. I waited all day .
No call and still no delivery. My call with QVC concerning this was switched to the delivery department which was disconnected while I was awaiting assistance.
You sent me to collections
My bank card was compromized there for you could not take my auto pay. I thought my account was paid in full.
I was surprised to get a collection notice, I called and everything was fixed. The bill was only 13.00. I was never pissed just surprised. Thanks for reaching out.
Was everything cleared up with collections? I hope so I don't want to hurt my good credit for 13.00.

No, reading what others have said about contacting them about the same issue, they just get a tale about how they calculate the return amount and I really don't want to listen to there *** The items they sell are getting more expensive and the quality is becoming cheap and no longer true to size
Purchased a women's top at a clearance price. It didn't run true to size; I had to return it.
I paid $16.21 with shipping and tax; my refund is $1 and change. Seriously, are they kidding? The products are overpriced, and I will only purchase if on clearance, but no more.
Are they having money issues that they have to cheat people out of their refunds? Just not good business practice!

I need to return a shoe order, please help! I ordered Clarks espadrilles on May 30th.
I received the package today. The box says 9 1/2 W.
The shoe is marked 9 med. They are too small; I would like to return them.

Harassment from Card
The Q card was closed in Jan. I pay QVC directly and go on online account to pay ahead.
You are trying to get money from me from a card I dont have. HARRASSMENT!!!

Update payment information
My card was compromised so it was cancelled. Needed to update new card number for easy pay payments.

Item # J436337. The pack slip wrapped around the returned bracelet over the white cardboard sleeve.
The black box containing the bracelet with a rubber band and pack slip inside the bubble wrap package was delivered to the Homewood Post Office. I noticed the tracking details and that the package was picked up by your agent days before delivery to your facility.

Ordered an item watching current programming A-686033 was NOT charged what was advertised, $39.98 a difference of $13.02 per item... also same program on item A-596265 a $5.00 price difference, advertised at $34.99...
was charged $39.99... would like the advertised price... a total of $31.04... could have bought another shirt or something with that amount...
just saying! Thanks for the consideration, given what I have spent in the last week or two.

That I will do! I would like the advertised price of an item currently offered on TV: a total of $31.04 matters! I could have ordered more!

Very good. My problem with my order being stuck in New Jersey was canceled and a refund was issued immediately.

Service representative helped me resolve the problem. She was exceptionally responsive, courteous, and helpful.

I have received a replacement order and they are sending me another one
Called to cancel a replacement order and talked to a representative and thought they cancelled the item but seems it being shipped to me any way. When it arrives I guess will call them again on the procedure on returning.
