Have Never Ordered Anything From Qvc Review

Mom mother passed away on Oct. Of 2016. In December of that year, I received a package from QVC. Inside was a pair of very uncomfortable looking blue plastic shoes and an invoice for $6.39 that was charged to my debit card. Having had issues with my identity in the past. I returned that package and went to the bank to change accounts and isolate checking accounts from other accounts. I then called QVC to inform them of their mistake. I was thinking that would resolve the matter. I could not of been more wrong. QVC was less than understanding, suggesting to me my dead mother must of used my card (guessing illegally since she is not on my accounts) while she was alive and ordered shoes that would not have fit her to be deliveried after he death. Today, I recieved a threat letter. I have never done business with QVC and now will warn everyone I meet that QVC is no better than a criminal organization that is using our legal and cerdit reporting system to extort money from people who owe them nothing and have little recourse. So far taking care of this issue has cost me over 3 hours and counting and yes for fun shake I am documenting everything. If only our court system was accessible and equitable to all. Instead, mistreated and abused consumers are left with few options other than to complaining on line.

POOR QUALITY IN A SHOVEL.

A few weeks ago I purchased a spearhead shovel. It was shown to be strong and easy to use. My grandson stepped down to remove a tree root.The shovel bent. Well, I called to see how I would return a shovel, the operator told me to go to WalMart around 9 or 10 at night when they get freight in, and I could find a box to send it back . I am a senior and I will not go to Wal Mart at night by myself. Why should I have to go through all this trouble just to send back a defective Item. I shop QVC weekly and am considering another way of shopping. I am usually very happy with my products, but you really let me down with this one. Brenda Nichols

I work as a customer service person and the customer service that I got one QVC was the worst service I've ever had I called four different represented and I was told for different things if I wouldn't know my laptop will not come on time I would have never cancel my order at Walmart and Best Buy I ordered from QVC once before never had a problem I feel that you guys are a big company and to treat your customers as the customer service that I have gotten I feel that it's not really fair on the customer. Im a customer service manager and if my company ever treat customer how iv been treated i think i would be retraining my customer service representative I think I said enough because I really know that nothing is going to be done but and meanwhile I just want to let you know that this was the worst customer service I've ever had and I don't think I will be shopping at QVC anymore and I'm pretty sure I would let all my friends and family know how my experience was with QVC.

Rocky Mount NC.They got a new system in called Manhatten.They r treating this as if it is a production line.This warehouse is not set up for such a way that now it is making good hard working folks that need to work lose their jobs.I can not find a job due to me telling the truth in why I was let go.When asked why I'm no longer working there I say i was TERMINATED.So it is hard for me to get a job.QVC has made my life a living ***.No money no job.Thanks QVC.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered a set of Temptations Bakeware for my wife and she loves the set. The smaller baking dish has a crack in it, although it doesn't leak, and I blamed it on myself for mishandling it.

However, my brother and I ordered a set for my sister for her birthday and she, too, loved her set. However, her small baking dish was found to have a crack in it and she had never even used it. After providing all of my information, including the ticket number, to QVC, I was told by Kailey in customer service that they can't find the order and therefore cannot help us.

They made my sister and I both feel as though we were trying to scam them out of something. We are taking our complaints up with the people at Temptations and will never make another purchase via QVC.

I purchased a 13 x 9 old world baker with lid, serving spoon, and wrought iron carrier, in cranberry when Temptations first arrived to QVC. I only use it around the holidays at 350 degrees and yet my husband noticed a crack.

Temptations refused to help me without my original QVC order number and item number. I tried to offer her the number on the bottom and she said, “No that’s not good enough.” QVC Customer Service claimed that they couldn’t find the order. Not only that but that they were only showing me purchasing two Temptations items EVER. I purchased three this year alone!

What a scam that they are running.

If you purchase their products make sure to put the receipt in a safe place. Because you will be needing it.

Promoting a 100,000 insurance coverage on 360 electrical surge protectors

Coverage is quickly mentioned in presentation. I purchased 2 of the surge protectors and gave as Christmas gifts. One of the recipients recently had a 55" and 39" TVs connected to these protectors completely destroyed in a recent storm in GA. I had kept info and contacted company and filed a claim on line. I did not expect it to be simple but it is getting to be ridiculous. There is not a list online of all the things you will be asked to provide but each time you provide the next requested item then they add something else. Only the TVs were destroyed. Other items connected still functioned and so does wall plug. Now after photos, receipt, written diagram of all connections and over a month later, now they want item shipped to them??? Really, so now I have to go purchase another protector in order to ship this one back to them? If they just listed everything that would be required up front then it could all be provided at one time. An updated model was on air in last 2 weeks with same 100,000 guarantee mentioned. I don't expect 100,000 but the largest TV was 698.00. I will NEVER purchase another item from this company.

My wife works at the florence s,c facility.She and her sister inlaw are the go gethers at that site. They are not appreciated and underpaid.They love qvc but they work their *** off.Your mangement team at that site takes advantage of them because they will work

Qvc - My Comment To Your Pissed Off Customer Review

I was not the one who made a comment under the title "pissed consumer" I was just making a comment to the person who wrote terrinle comments of some of the hosts especially about Shawn Killinger, I found it terrible what she/he said about Shawn. She had briefly mentioned whats going on about her father, mother and her husband.

While still doing her job to represent QVC and talking about whatever product it was. I will say this there are many products i wanted to buy if my moneys allowed me to buy. I believe her 500% her defining a particular. Plus for me to do this, to deal with her home life and come on tv, and represents QVC/products her personality i find her funny yet get across to your millions of viewers how great a particular product!!

Shawn is made for tv!! And I wamted to respond to your "pissed consumer" don't ne sp hard to judge, "habe alittle compassion" thats just the just of this person. She also went on to critize Antonelle Nester, Jill and Jane! To me this particular petson should just quit watching QVC and fo her shopping someplace else!

QVC doesn't need her! JUST LET HER GO ON HER MERRY WAY! That's it. My 20+ years experience, QVC has beem fair!

So I will close for now. But I will say there is truly one host that shoulf never be allowed to represent QVC and that host is Kristen. I do not allow mysrlf not to buy one item from her shows. I find her to use QVC/tv to tell the world what all she has, that she is truly a "CALIFORNIA GIRL" and last week Kristen after I wrote a straight up feedback about.

Kirsten made it a point cause she was bragging about her up coming vaca and truly I personally just had it with her. She came up on a show she was hosting Kirsten said straight up THAT SHE WAS GOING TO TALK ABOUT HER UPCOMING VACATION THROUGH OUT HER SHOW AND IF YOU DIDN'T LIKE IT, ITS TOO BAD! I went on to say no.one wants to here about buying new tiolets plus Kirsten went on and on buying a new home but that wasn't true it was a previously owned home.

She portrays to that she came from meger beginnings and she finds a need to inform the entire QVC customers she is above this entire QVC customers, i can't even stand looking at how she stands there with her hands in her pockets to me she represents a VERY COCKEY PERSON!!!!! I also went on to list your real classey hosts, I listed as many i could remember but the one person i remember under classey hosts is Dan Wheeler he also is very classey!!!

Poor quaiity mechandise. wrong color,food problems.

Twice sent wrong color though correct color was stated on Invoice. Packaged meat was open, Chocolates incomplete. Airfryer paint is peeling off, Remote for fan does not work. Never again will I buy from QVC Poor customer service, incompetent at best, rude and obnoxious at times. I had to call the company directly when possible. Most of the time my problem was then resolved. Still waiting for a Dyson remote that works. I used to love products from QVC but now it's just poor quaIity merchandise. I shall in future shop elseware. where I have had great customer service, competitive prices and easy returns. and no problems in receiving what I ordered.

Don't buy from QVC television jewelry

i bought an 18 k gold lobster claw chain necklace from QVC about ten to 15 years ago. it recently broke for the 7th time i took it to a jeweler who told me it was a piece of junk, was 10K not 18 K and was not fixable as the gold was such poor quality.

I was told i was ripped off. i called QVC and when you're not buying from them they keep you on hold for over twenty minutes.

the woman i spoke to did not give a *** about my necklace or problem. she told me to complain online please have any jewelry you buy from QVC appraised because i have a feeling that i am not the only one this happened to but i am one of the few who will file as many complaints as i can

Christmas RIP OFF

I ordered an Apple Watch for Christmas. After realizing it was WAY overpriced and would not arrive by Christmas AS ADVERTISED, I IMMEDIATELY cancelled. Status showed it had not shipped yet. I receive confirmation that the item is cancelled. THEN the next day I get an alert it has shipped. After receiving the product, I returned it. Only to be told after checking on it a WEEK LATER that it takes TWELVE BUSINESS DAYS to verify a return. Meanwhile I have to make YET ANOTHER PAYMENT on a watch I should have never ordered. Instead I bought it in store at Target $200 cheaper and with great customer service. I will never do business with this rip off of a company again. I am sure I will never get my $160 back paid so far. In fact since I see no updates to the tracking I was informed I may have to keep paying on the item. THANKS QVC!

QVC should go to China

I have known QVC for approx 30 years. In the beginning when employees WANTED to put in a good days work, when they probably felt appreciated for what they did, this show and all their hosts were recognized as such a "POLISHED" program. Now here it's 2016. A country full of MILLENIALS, UUUUUUUGH! These little twits (customer service) have totally ruined QVC's reputation & looks as if the CEO & anyone else under him couldn't give a rats butt how they address customers. They're calls are not monitered (litterally) for quality assurance. If they were, these agents would think twice before answering a customer with their lack of knowledge & sarcasms. These agents seem as if at any time they address the customer with an answer, they say whatever they feel like it. Whether by discrimination or attitude. THEY OUGHT TO THANK GOD EVERY MORNING THEY HAVE A JOB! I can see why many of the seasoned hosts (for you millenials, seasoned means EXPERIENCED) left QVC because they knew what was coming & how bad QVC was changing for the worse. They were smart. The products are misleading. The jewelry pieces are not real gemstones, metal. They're imitations. You can buy the same at Kohl's, Walmart, Target. So don't let the Southwestern jewelry people tell you this is pure anything because it's not. Again, it's imitation. As far as the cookware, made in China (oh pleeeese), the painted on designs are probably lead paint. I would have it checked if I were you. I wouldn't cook in that ***. After reading many, many, many QVC complaints of issues where they open accounts without a customer's approval. When items are to be returned, I can't help but believe the product may have been returned but in someone elses hands & the customer is screwed for a refund. When I wanted to order a QVC gift card, it took me an hour & 15 min. for 7 agents not to understand how to order one. WTF! I couldn't use my Q-card but another card (visa, mc, discover, etc). I gave the agent my 16-digit card # (which was a mistake but I had to). Now we all know this particular card always had a 16-digit # but the agent said that # was invalid that she needed one more digit. I know exactly what she wanted. She wanted me to provide the 3-digit code # usually found on back of card but I wasn't that ***! I could go on and on but don't feel I want to waste my time on this joke of a shopping channel. HSN can & has done better over the years to QVC & has surpassed QVC. There's no such thing anymore as Quality-Value-Convenience. It left with the "SEASONED" hosts that left.

I ordered an HP All In One desktop on August 29 in the limited teal color and ordered it on 6 flex pays, so my down payment was app. $117. I received an email confirming my order for the teal desktop. It took two days for the order to be released, and then two days after that (on September 2) I finally got the email saying my item was being shipped. All along I was told I would receive my desktop BY 9/7. That day came and went, and NUMEROUS calls later (both with customer service reps and 4 supervisors) no one had any answers as to why I hadn't received my computer, and even the supervisors sounded like they could care less and were always less than apologetic. And they said I'd have to wait til the 14th before they could even officially investigate it. Then NUMEROUS MORE CALLS into them later, finally ON the 14th, they tell me that I'm just going to have to order another one (and in a different color other than the teal that they were now out of!!!). So, I reluctantly place another order for a white one, seriously doubting I would receive it. But, low and behold, OVER THREE WEEKS from my original order date I finally receive that replacement today ONLY FOR IT TO NOT EVEN WORK!!! I've spent yet another day trying to speak to any one of the ever-elusive supervisors to place an official complaint and to try and get an acceptable replacement deal for this already replaced order. After being told all day today that a supervisor would call me back one finally did but hung up as soon as I answered upon the second ring!! And I have not been able to get one to call me back since. This is the kind of endless BS that I've been dealing with for the last there weeks. I'm always the one calling THEM and requesting a supervisor and then being told I'll receive a return call the same day but NEVER actually do. At one point about 10 days ago I googled the number for the QVC warehouse in North Carolina (where my original teal desktop was apparently sitting since 9/2 all the way up through the 14th when I was told I'd just need to give up on it). And even the warehouse was just as clueless as , but slightly more helpful than, customer service & supervisors. When they ordered me my white replacement that I received today (the one that apparently has hardware issues and isn't letting me even set it up and is the equivalent to a heaping pile of garbage) I crazily told him that at this point I want to order TWO of them them and INSISTED that I get at least half off on the second one, which they miraculously agreed to...I'm supposed to receive it tomorrow. Let's see what BS happens with this one. Let's see if it even shows up, and if it does if it actually works! The one that doesn't work that I received today, customer service is telling me that is going to have to send it back to them before they can even order me a replacement! So, not only have I already waited three weeks to receive a non-functioning computer it will probably be another month before I receive its replacement. I am so unbelievably livid I finally lost it and cussed out a customer service rep tonight who was acting completely nonchalant about my whole ordeal. SERIOUSLY QVC, have you ever heard of HSN??? Do you even remember that you have competitors out there that we can and undoubtedly will turn to? QVC is going to make this right for me, and then I'm washing my hands of them. Tonight I googled and found a phone number for the corporate office that the customer service center and its supervisors keep telling me that have no way of connecting me with. I will be calling them tomorrow and will see if they are any more helpful than their employees. Somehow I doubt it. NEVER will they get my business again, and I will place a complaint everywhere possible until I am heard. QVC, you can eat my shorts.
