QVC says just order the item and try it for thirty days then, if for any reason you are not happy just return it for a refund. I have found that if you return just a few items....say clothing items that just don't fit, they send out threatening letters.

They say they will close your account immediately if you continue to return items. How can they get away with making these false statements? I know I am not the only consumer whom this has happened to. By the way I called and spoke with a customer service manager about the letter and he was just as threatening as was the letter.

QVC should be made to either stand by what they say on air or tell the public the truth...the truth as in they will harrass you and threaten you over just a few returns. Consumers better make sure the item they order is the item they want...no mercy from QVC.

I have been with QVC from day one, and have ordered most of my clothes from them. I have never had a problem with returning items or for any reason for that matter.

In fact whatever Iโ€™m wearing today is from them from years past and the items still look good and are still in style and all have held up and have not worn out. Quality items and shoes. My problem with QVC today is that most of their items are simply too expensive and of no quality and they look horrible. The LOGO items should be removed from the show, they look like awful.

I have purchased from most of the artists but some can just go right to the department stores or to the Walmartโ€™s store. AND they have 3 stations here in Tennessee, QVC, QVC2, and the QVC beauty, they show the same thing over and over.

I am very disappointed with this shopping channel and in the past I ordered everything from them. I no longer enjoy watching...Waste of my time....

QVC don't tell customers just to try it it's the postage both ways which can add up. All the easy pays they keep tempting customers with still have to be paid they make it sound like they are doing you a big favour.

It's too expensive and much cheaper on the high st. I have to laugh when I see them with the expensive creams for a youthful look, they have not done the presenters much good or the clothes they wear some look ridiculous in them.

the Doll 10 make up presenter mutton dressed as lamb she cannot even hardly smile her face as had that much surgery. No thanks I will not be buying from QVC presenters too false.

Well I ordered some makeup and told them I wanted to pay payments cause I couldn't buy anything at full price well long story short they took out entire amount instead doin the payment option and now I'm overdrawn at bank so I probably b sending it back because I can't afford total amount

i agree the same thing happened to me kohls the dept store is awesome they dont care how many times you make a return and they give you a store credit if you lost your receipt or dont have one NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!

QVC IS LYING-all they have to do is have a qvc return site with clearanced pricing ....believe me they make up for their shipping & handling fees that WE DONT GET BACK!!!

QVC should be out of business. They are completely fraudulent in saying "love it or return it." They don't care about anything except making money at everyone else's expense.

They are lying to you about their return policy. Not only if you return, but if you cancel an item, watch out -- you will be "flagged." Who needs them? Most of their items are available on different websites with free shipping and returns and without the strict rules of these selling dictators. Oh, by the way, a lot of their stuff is used (I wonder what the "waitlist" means?

-- someone else used it and returned it and now you are lucky to get it). What a joke!

Had same problem told them if they didn't want the customer to return it tell the host to stop saying it every 5-8 minutes that still do it I think it's worse

I had a problem with ordering some Craig Speakers? They send me 4 extra ones and billed me and only took 2 off my bill?

Have ordered other things but these were maddening to me? I would like some feedback?!

This is not true in my case. Not at all!

I order things all the time and I return lots of things.

QVC has never ever made a comment about this. They have the best customer service ever!!!

Happened to me too! They do lie about the return policy - if the clothing all fit the same this would not be a problem. They are the only company I know if that threatens to close your account for retuns!

I was very hurt to receive letter #1 from QVC which included my return percentage rate (43%), along with demeaning instructions on how to better measure myself to fit into their off-beat sizes. Then letter #2 came, which raised my blood pressure and hurt my feelings.

I tore it into pieces. They threatened to close my acct! I placed my first order with them in 1986. I have enjoyed the entertainment of their channel as background company, as well as searching on line for fashion deals.

No more. It is not the buyer's fault if the size doesn't fit or the fabric is uncomfortable or the style is unflattering. QVC needs to be reminded that there are no dressing rooms for their customers. They also need to clearly post on TV and online that their return policy has this stipulation regarding their stalking of your "percentage rate".

Goodbye QVC. What a relief for me to break up with you over your manipulation and lack of appreciation for the multitude of items I did keep and pay for.

Regarding the notifications that your account is closed. Be thankful.

Because if QVC expects you to keep a faulty, poorly constructed, or defective item. Then they are foolish.

My account was suspended today. I will not miss QVC.

I purchased a computer that would not work. They would not refund my money. So I contacted the BBB. My money was refunded.

I have only shopped at QVC eight times. Two of the products was faulty.

A computer and the Pandigital tablet kept freezing. QVC needs to get their act together.

:grin :grin :grin I received a too many returns letter and decided that the thousands of dollars that I have spent with QVC over the years on what I consider to now be overpriced, worthless junk was a blessing. Thank you for your rude letter informing me of my percentage of returns.

It woke me up from the coma I was in buying into all of your hype over a casserole dishes or the perfect set of sheets. Good Bye forever and hello to the extra $700.00 per month I was throwing your way.

QVC you lost out big time, I hope everyone receives your letter. It is most liberating.
