QVC - Account closed!
Screw QVC and their customer service. I was updating my account info and the next day I go to sign in my account is locked.
I call CS and they said it was closed by the corporate office. Then they said I can mail them a letter. Question, what pathetic company makes a customer write a freaking letter? I said this is a *** joke!!!
I bitched my 9 orders were cancelled including g a todays special value. I lost so much savings! Thanks QVC you suck ***. I did bring myself to write to the corporate office but never got a response back.
I gave it exactly 3 weeks to the day. I called CS again and told them then they give me the CO direct phone number. Heres where it gets good, I left a message, 3 hours later I get a call back. They tell me the financial branch is the only ones that can reopen the account.
So they give me that number to call. So I do and those *** *** bastards tell me the corporate office can reopen it. So I call them back and leave a message.
YEA ITS BEEN 2 *** WEEKS SINCE THAT MESSAGE, THEY DIDNT CALL ME BACK. CANT TELL YOU ENOUGH, *** QVC!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1300.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
